Nothing rhymes with agapanthus?


Friday's Dominion Post five minute quiz contained a question along the lines of "What flower completes the title of the poem When ____ last in the door-yard bloom'd?" Someone who will remain nameless remarked "Well it's not agapanthus. Nothing rhymes with agapanthus."
After some discussion about what exactly a dooryard was, we guessed roses and got the question wrong. Not in the colonial poetry syllabus, y'see...
