During this time of long cold nights and short damp days, opportunities for photography have to be grabbed when they present themselves. I didn't know what I was going to show you tonight, until I saw these rather nondescript moths on the outside of the window. They've been lit with a mini-maglight retrofitted with superbright LEDs, which does an adequate, if somewhat blue, job. If I were enthusiastic I could probably do a custom white balance for it. The on-camera flash would just have glared off the window.
I had this rant coming to a head on the way home, on the the subject of consultants, contractors and project managers, but after photographing and editing bugs (instead of pointing them out in others' bespoke software) I'm no longer inclined to.
