You had more grass than my old campus at North Texas. The building on the far left looks interesting, or at least its roof does.
We pour out a lot of our lives in these academic environments. Don't we? I know I have fond feelings for all the universities I've worked at, either as a student or as a prof.
The roof on the left is the physical sciences library, conveniently located.
When the University was moved here - it used to be located in the central city, this was the edge of town and they were able to acquire plenty of space. It's slowly disappearing. I used to play frisbee on the lawn where the maths/computer science building is now. That's the set of cubbyholes in the left hand middle distance.
I guess when you spend five or ten years in a place, it leaves a mark on you. My feelings are mixed, but a bit more positive after this visit.
